Job summary

Enfocar It Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a Database Developer / Engineer with deep RDBMS and SQL scripting expertise to join our production environment. The role requires working with Linux environments and enterprise application infrastructure, managing database activities and production support.

You will interact with application and server configurations, participate in shift rotations, and be willing to work at the Belapur client location in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and SQL scripting.
• Hands-on Linux environment, shell scripting and VI editor.
• Understanding of Load Balancer, WAS Server and MQ configuration.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
• Willingness to work from the client location in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday and Banks working Saturday.

About the Role :
We are looking for a Database Developer / Engineer with strong knowledge of
RDBMS, SQL scripting, Linux environments, and enterprise application
infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for database-related activities,
production support, and working with various application and server
configurations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and SQL scripting
• Hands-on knowledge of Linux environment, Shell scripting and VI editor
• Understanding of Load Balancer, WAS Server and MQ configuration
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts:
• 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
• Willingness to work from the client location in Belapur, Navi Mumbai
• Ability to work Monday to Friday and Banks working Saturday

Good to Have Skills

• Knowledge of DB Query Performance Tuning
• Knowledge of J2EE syntax and concepts
• Background in FRM or Payments domain

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly communicate and provide updates to stakeholders
• Passion for learning new applications, technologies and business domains
• Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours during live deployments or
  unplanned production issues
