Job summary

Candor Health in Bengaluru is seeking a customer data validation associate to handle inbound calls, verify healthcare data, and provide accurate responses to client questions. You will be trained to navigate datasets, escalate issues, and ensure quality control across data sources.

You will collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs, maintain detailed task documentation, and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while working night or rotational

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call handling experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Good capacity for teamwork
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in resolving issues
• Patience and customer service skills and the ability to defuse potentially in difficult situations
• Good organizational skills and able to work well independently and within the team
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools
• Healthcare knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to work on night / rotational shifts
