What You’ll Do

• Analyze key business metrics and uncover insights to improve operations and financial performance
• Track growth trends in business and identify areas for efficiency improvements
• Design and refine dashboards for leadership to monitor performance, spot bottlenecks, and optimize processes
• Perform deep-dive analysis on data discrepancies and provide strategic recommendations
• Work cross-functionally with tech, finance, and strategy teams to turn data into actionable insights
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, quality checks, or related fields
• Strong skills in Excel
• Good attention to detail – you love spotting mistakes and fixing them
• Comfortable working night shifts (aligned with US time zones)
