The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize DataStage ETL processes, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure adherence to quality standards across large-scale enterprise projects.

Qualificações

• 6–12 years of experience in DataStage development.
• Strong expertise in IBM DataStage ETL development.
• Excellent SQL programming skills.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data integration solutions using IBM DataStage.
• Build and support ETL batch processing solutions.
• Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows.
• Work on Data Warehousing and data integration projects.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams.
• Support project estimation, planning, and delivery activities.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure development follows quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to resolve data-related issues.

• Knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting.
• Exposure to CP4D (Cloud Pak for Data) is an added advantage.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain preferred.
