We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in IBM Datastage to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support data warehousing and analytics initiatives. You'll work closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality data delivery and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows using IBM Datastage and/or Talend.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data integration solutions.
• Optimize ETL job performance and troubleshoot issues in data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and a seamless data flow.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation tasks.
• Implement best practices for data integration, security, and governance.
• Monitor and maintain ETL jobs to ensure timely data availability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all processes and provide support for production deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
