Job summary

SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA is seeking a Data Scientist to design, develop and deploy robust ML solutions in a dynamic data environment. You will leverage Python, ML techniques, REST APIs and SQL to extract insights, validate models, and collaborate with Agile teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Experience with data processing, data quality checks, data visualization and exploration is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for ML workflows and data processing.
• Experience building end-to-end ML models with reliable data handling.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs for model deployment.
• Solid SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• Ability to interpret statistical models and experiments.
• Experience with data visualization for dashboards and insights.
• Familiarity with data mining concepts and exploratory analyses.
• Exposure to NLP concepts and language models is a plus.
• Interest or experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) is desirable.
