We have our headquarters situated at Princeton, New Jersey, USA. We have our four business units situated at Florida in the USA and Chennai, Hyderabad, Tirunelveli in India.

Position Summary

Candidates would support our internal teams and clients in driving strategic decisions, applying advanced statistical & predictive analytics and machine learning concepts to solve business problems in pharmaceutical domain

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Full time Degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications from reputed institutions, B.E./B.Tech., MBA specialized in Marketing, Operations Research, Data Science and/or Business Analytics
• Associate manager: 5+ years Needed
• Practical modeling experience specifically around quantitative and analytical skills and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP) using LLMs is required
• Knowledge of solution design, planning, and execution
• People management skills and experience, and familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry are preferred.
• Hands on experience in one or more of the skillsets below is desirable:
  • Programming Language: Base SAS, Advanced SAS
  • Tools: Snowflake, Dataiku, Azure ML Studio, Power BI etc.
  • Visualization Tool: Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, think-cell, , Qlik Sense
  • Automation Tool: VBA Macro, Python scripts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Application of advanced statistical & predictive analytics and machine learning models to solve business problems
• Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-experts
• Guide the team in using state-of-the-art data science technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members/team lead to prepare analysis plans on different engagements
• Plan and analyze different pharma data sets and create management consulting reports
• Hands on experience in developing production grade ML models
• Proficiency in Python to work with data files to create different kinds of charts, roll-up summaries, different aggregations and perform various analyses
• Analyze data for patterns or trends to determine factors that influence outcomes
• Working experience in Hive and HUE to store data and provide retrieval capabilities as needed, using queries and/or stored procedures is desirable
• Convert insights to visual graphics like charts, graphs, and tables
• Maintain extremely high standards of quality in all deliverables
• Perform both as an Individual Contributor and as a team coordinator
• Plan and allocate work to team members, monitor and track to closure
• Review and perform quality control of the team member’s deliverables
• Develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures for data analysis to maintain quality
