The Data Researcher at Hitech Digital Solutions LLC will generate accurate data sets for business development via web research and social channels. You will manage databases, maintain mailing lists, and support BD-led lead generation in coordination with the BD team.

Ideal candidates possess sharp data analysis, proficiency with data tools, and strong attention to detail; experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot is preferred, with exposure to international clients via email, phone, and Teams

• 1+ years of experience in data research, lead generation, or a similar role.

Job Summary

The Data Researcher is responsible for generating accurate and relevant data sets for Business Development purposes through web research and social media channels. The role requires managing databases, maintaining mailing lists, and supporting lead generation efforts in collaboration with the BD team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to analyze and structure data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct web-based research to identify and compile accurate data sets for business development activities.
• Create and maintain databases and directories of the target audience.
• Manage mass mailing lists and coordinate with the BD team to optimize lead generation.
• Maintain, update, and organize marketing collaterals and their versions.
• Utilize various search engines, directories, and data applications such as Google, LinkedIn, Hoovers, Bloomberg, LeadIQ, and ZoomInfo to research and analyze data on target accounts.

Skills

• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in using CRM tools such as HubSpot (preferred).
• Ability to organize, structure, and manage large data sets efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exposure to dealing with international clientele via phone, email, and Teams is a plus.
