Job summary

NTT DATA invites applications for a Data Quality Analyst-Databricks, Python to join our Bengaluru team. You will perform data quality testing, review QC artifacts, and monitor Azure dashboards to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, PySpark, and experience with Databricks and ETL architectures. You will collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and adapt to fast-paced environments, including cloud/on-prem setups and issue tracking via Jira.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Data Quality / QA testing
• Strong SQL queries & data analysis
• Test automation & scripting (tool or manual)
• Databricks (Medallion Architecture) with Python, PySpark
• Oracle Data Warehouse (Data Vault a plus)
• Informatica PowerCenter exposure preferred
• ETL processes and data transformations
• On-Prem and Cloud knowledge
• Azure DevOps or JIRA experience
• Defect management & issue resolution
• Experience with complex file systems like Nested JSON/XML
• Experience leading onshore/offshore teams
• Strong attention to detail and data quality
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to meet project goals and on-time delivery

We are currently seeking a Data Quality Analyst-Databricks, Python to join our team in Bengaluru, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for assigned Data Quality testing tasks.
• Identifying Data Quality related issues and follow-up with the concerned team to fix the data Issues.
• Inform the users, in a timely fashion, about the issues.
• Provide QC approval for the artifacts tested.
• Regular updates in Azure dashboard
• Co-ordinate with other team members.

Requirements

• Overall experience of 6+ years with primary experience in Data Quality / QA testing
• Strong background in complex SQL queries & data analysis
• Test automation & scripting skills (tool or manual)

• Oracle Data Warehouse (Data Vault architecture a plus)
• Exposure Informatica PowerCenter (experience is preferred)
