Job summary

Neuiq Technologies seeks a data processing professional to handle quantitative survey data across multiple studies. You will clean, validate, and tabulate outputs with Quantum, TOM, and Decipher, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Maths, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Quantum (Quantum scripting / Quantum Tab), TOM, Decipher or equivalents.
• Solid knowledge of survey logic, routing, quota handling, skip patterns.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros).
• Ability to validate data thoroughly and perform discrepancy checks.

• Process, validate, and tabulate quantitative survey data across projects.
• Write and run tabulation scripts for crosstabs and summary outputs based on specs.
• Create and manage derived variables, filters, weights, and data logic.

Role overview:

This role is responsible for processing, validating, and tabulating

quantitative survey data across multiple research studies.

The ideal candidate will have strong handson experience with tools like Quantum, TOM, Decipher (or equivalents) andwill ensure high quality, error-free outputs delivered on schedule. The role will also require

client interaction, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of processes and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Processing & Cleaning: Clean, validate, and transform raw survey data using tools like Quantum, TOM, or Decipher, ensuring accuracy and readiness for tabulation.
• Tabulation & Scripting: Write and execute tabulation scripts to generate crosstabs, summary tables, banners, and custom outputs based on project specs.
• Derived Variables & Data Logic: Create and manage derived variables, filters, weights, and other custom logic to align with research and analysis needs.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct thorough checks on data files and tabulations to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring zero-defect delivery.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, survey programmers, and client teams to understand requirements and deliverables.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client calls or reviews to clarify specifications,provide updates, and respond to data-related queries or change requests.
• Tool & Process Optimization: Support automation and optimization of repetitive data tasks, contribute to internal best practices and process documentation.
• Mentoring & Documentation: Assist in training junior team members and help document tabulation standards, naming conventions, and QC protocols.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Maths, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Strong hands-on experience with Quantum (Quantum scripting / Quantum Tab),TOM, Decipher (or similar platforms)
• Solid knowledge of survey logic, routing, quota handling, skip patterns
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros)
• Ability to do thorough data validation, discrepancy checks, sanity testing
• Familiarity with other tools (SPSS, R, Python, SQL) is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation
• Good communication skills (verbal & written) - ability to interact with clients,internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work in different time zones or travel (if required).
