Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks a meticulous paralegal/privacy analyst to conduct spot-checks of transformed datasets, ensuring redaction and anonymization of PII meet policy standards.

You will perform document reviews, assess datasets for missed sensitive information, and report discrepancies using available templates, supporting high-stakes data privacy projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract review, QA, eDiscovery, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of PII and data privacy laws.
• Background as paralegal or privacy/compliance role.

• Experience in legal document review, litigation support, or managed legal services.
• Proven track record of working with sensitive data in high-stakes environments.
