Job summary

Coforge is seeking a dedicated privacy compliance professional to ensure organizational alignment with global data privacy regulations. The role focuses on agreement/DPA reviews, RFP responses, and end-to-end third-party due diligence, coordinating with business, legal, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities include DPIAs, privacy risk assessments, audits, gap analyses, and advising on privacy requirements for new projects. Strong regulatory knowledge and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of global privacy regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and privacy risk assessments.
• Monitor and interpret global privacy laws; ensure compliance alignment.
• Perform privacy audits, compliance testing, and gap analysis.
• Review Data Processing Agreements and assess privacy risks.
• Conduct vendor due diligence and third-party risk assessments.
• Advise teams on privacy requirements for new projects, systems, and process changes.

Role Summary

Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with global data privacy regulations by assessing risks, advising stakeholders, and strengthening privacy controls across business processes.Mainly we are seeking a resource with strong expertise in agreement / DPA review, RFP response, customer due diligence and the ability to independently manage the endtoend thirdparty due diligence program. The role requires handson ownership of contract risk assessment, vendor privacy due diligence, and coordination with business, legal, and procurement teams

Key Responsibilitieses:
