Job summary

Crossing Hurdles in India seeks a specialist to review, annotate, and analyze complex corporate, M&A, and financial documents with a strong focus on compliance and data privacy standards.

You will identify PII exposure, document anonymization best practices, and advise on structural identifiability to balance compliance with data utility. You will also help develop training materials reflecting current regulatory frameworks in M&A and corporate law.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of experience with PII compliance, particularly in financial or corporate settings.
• Expertise in mergers & acquisitions, sensitive document handling, and data privacy regulation.
• Be proficient in identifying both direct and structural PII risks within various types of corporate documentation.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to compliance, with a proven ability to generalize or omit sensitive content as necessary.
• Have experience drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents related to financial transactions and corporate governance.
