Job summary

MProfit, a fintech company backed by Rainmatter, is seeking a Data Onboarding Specialist to drive seamless client data onboarding and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience.

You will serve as the primary contact, manage data sources, demonstrate platform capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually improve the onboarding process and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or related field.
• Experience as Data Onboarding Specialist or similar in SaaS preferred.
• Experience in financial institutions, broking firms, or investment markets.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products, services and industry regulations.
• Familiarity with various financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, derivatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data effectively.
• A basic understanding of accounting principles would be preferred.
• Familiarity with data aggregation processes and the ability to handle data from various financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Successfully manage the data onboarding process for customers who have purchased our products and need assistance in connecting with relevant data sources during their onboarding journey.
• Showcase the functionality and features of MProfit's platform to new customers, emphasizing data handling capabilities.
• Adhere to the company client onboarding process and SLAs, collect customer feedback, and communicate relevant feedback to the team.
• Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about new features, enhancements, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the data onboarding process and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist clients in effectively utilizing the MProfit platform for data management, encouraging optimal use and adoption.

We are looking for a Data Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team who will manage & drive the seamless onboarding of client data to our platform and provide a high-quality customer experience in the process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as a Data Onboarding Specialist or a similar role in a SaaS company is highly preferred.
• Experience working in financial institutions, broking firms, or investment markets.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products, services and industry regulations.
• Familiarity with various financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, derivatives, and other investment vehicles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data effectively.
• A strong understanding of mathematical concepts is required.
• A basic understanding of accounting principles would be preferred.
• Familiarity with data aggregation processes and the ability to handle data from various financial institutions.
• Strong convincing skills to guide customers through the onboarding process and address any concerns or objections.
• A strong understanding of financial technology and SaaS platforms will be preferred.
