Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced Data Modeller to lead end-to-end Data Warehouse design and enterprise data architecture. The ideal candidate will design enterprise data warehouses, data marts, and data models from scratch, collaborating with ETL/ELT teams to implement robust pipelines and governance.

You will work with modern BI tools and cloud platforms to deliver scalable data solutions across the organization, enabling accurate analytics and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

5+ yrs in Data Modelling / DWH.
Expert in ER Modelling and Dimensional Modelling (Kimball/Inmon).
Experience building DWH from scratch.
Proficient with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Experience with ETL tools (ADF, Informatica, Talend, DBT, SSIS).
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Strong SQL and data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise data warehouses and data marts.
Perform source system analysis and data profiling.
Develop conceptual, logical and physical data models.
Design Star Schema, Snowflake, 3NF models.
Define SCD (Type 1/2/3), transformations and data quality rules.
Collaborate with ETL/ELT teams for pipeline development.
Ensure data governance, lineage and metadata management.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
