Job summary

Suzva Software Technologies in Mumbai is seeking a Data Management Executive - Backend to handle data governance, cleansing, and MIS reporting. Freshers or engineers with 1–2 years' experience are encouraged to apply; strong Excel and Google Sheets skills are essential.

You will manage operational data, perform sorting, filtering, and maintain accurate records; coordinate for missing information, ensure data accuracy, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Freshers or 1–2 years experience in data management roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is required.
Experience with MIS reporting is desirable.
Strong data accuracy and analytical skills are essential.
Excellent communication abilities and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Manage, allocate, clean and maintain operational data; perform sorting/filtering, prepare MIS reports, identify data discrepancies, coordinate for missing information and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with teams to fill data gaps and ensure completeness of datasets.
Monitor data quality and implement basic data governance practices.
Generate and distribute MIS reports to stakeholders as needed.
