Job summary

Philips is seeking a Data Management & Analytics Team Lead to steer a skilled analytics team, mentor members, and deliver data-driven insights. The role involves developing predictive models, and dashboards using Python, R, and Palantir, to influence strategic decisions and optimize business performance.

You will collaborate with IT, data engineering, and multiple business units to operationalize solutions, monitor model performance, and drive continuous improvement in analytics capabilities

Job Title: Data Management & Analytics Team Lead
Job Responsibilities
  • Leads and mentors analytics team members and delegates responsibilities effectively within the analytics team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and optimizing team performance to achieve project objectives and business targets.
  • Handles analysis of complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover deep insights that inform strategic business decisions and operational efficiencies.
  • Creates sophisticated predictive models and data visualizations, utilizing tools like Python, R, and Palentir, to forecast trends, patterns, and anomalies for proactive decision‑making, working under limited supervision.
  • Develops, documents, and disseminates comprehensive methodologies, processes, and analytical findings, ensuring transparency, reproducibility, and facilitating cross‑functional knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Presents complex data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, effectively translating intricate analytical results into clear, actionable business strategies and influencing key decision‑making processes.
  • Monitors, maintains, and continuously improves the performance of deployed models, conducting regular reviews, updates, and optimizations to ensure sustained accuracy, relevance, and business impact.
  • Interacts and collaborates with cross‑functional teams, including IT, data engineering, and various business units, to ensure the successful operationalization, integration, and scaling of data science solutions across the organization.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
