Crossing Hurdles is seeking a QA Lead to guide and mentor a team of reviewers, ensuring strict adherence to complex guidelines and quality standards. You will provide clear feedback, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements for AI training data projects.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of overall experience in quality assurance.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Strong attention to detail in following complex guidelines.
• Experience in QA, annotation, data labeling, or AI training data preferred.
• Availability to work five days a week, including weekends if needed.
• Ability to work within the set hours of 7am-4pm PST.
