Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is looking for an experienced AI project lead to orchestrate large-scale multimodal annotation programs from initiation to delivery. You will manage client relationships, translate requirements into actionable plans, and drive cross-functional teams to achieve measurable quality and timelines.

In this senior role, you will monitor budgets, track progress with performance metrics, adapt to fast-paced environments, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to align project goals

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience in relevant fields.
• 4+ years of team leadership experience in complex projects.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in annotation, data labeling, or AI training preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
• Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume project demands.
