Job summary

Codefeast seeks an experienced Quality Operations Lead for AI training and data annotation projects. This fully remote contractor role requires 5–7 years of experience with 2–3 years leading QA teams and a strong background in auditing, sampling, and root‑cause analysis. Immediate joining is preferred.

You will oversee QA reviews, monitor quality scores, and coordinate with team leads to meet client standards while managing escalations and QC workflows.

• Monitor quality scores, accuracy, error rates, and turnaround times.
• Conduct audits, sampling, and calibration.
• Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve guideline‑related queries and report quality insights.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and the Quality Manager.

• 5–7 years of overall experience, including 2–3 years leading QA or quality operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of auditing, sampling, calibration, and root‑cause analysis.

Work Commitment

• Working hours: 7 AM–4 PM PST.
• Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
• Fully remote contractor engagement.
