Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end quality assurance for data annotation and data collection projects.
• Define, implement, and enforce quality standards, guidelines, and QA processes.
• Review annotated and collected data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Identify error patterns and root causes; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with project managers, annotators, and operations teams to improve quality metrics.
• Track and report quality KPIs, accuracy scores, and defect trends.
• Create and maintain QA documentation, checklists, and audit reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
