We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise-grade data integration solutions across complex digital ecosystems. This role is highly strategic and technical, requiring deep expertise in integration patterns, API-led architectures, event streaming, and modern middleware platforms.
You will be the central architect responsible for enabling seamless data flow across systems, building robust integration frameworks, and guiding engineering teams in implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations.
This position offers the opportunity to work with modern data platforms, collaborate with global teams, and shape the integration roadmap for mission-critical projects.
Design end-to-end integration architectures across cloud and on-prem systems.
Define integration patterns including batch, real-time, event-driven, API-led, messaging, and ELT frameworks.
Evaluate, recommend, and standardize middleware and integration technologies aligned with enterprise architecture.
Create multi-year integration roadmaps to support business transformation.
Lead the technical design of complex integration solutions.
Define data flows, mapping rules, transformation logic, and orchestration patterns.
Ensure solutions adhere to performance, security, compliance, audit, and error-handling standards.
Oversee implementation, testing, deployment, and validation of integration solutions.
Architect and manage enterprise API strategies for internal and external integrations.
Define API contracts, security policies, versioning, and documentation standards.
Work closely with application teams to ensure best practices in API consumption and exposure.
Work hands‑on with integration platforms such as:
OIC, Kafka, Kong, Fivetran, Boomi, Workato, and other enterprise or cloud-native integration tools.
Recommend best‑fit technologies for business‑critical integrations.
Act as the integration SME for engineering, analytics, and product teams.
Troubleshoot architectural bottlenecks and propose optimization strategies.
Stay updated on emerging technologies in data integration, EAI, ETL/ELT, and streaming platforms.
Partner with business users, architects, data engineers, and development teams.
Translate complex requirements into scalable, high‑quality integration solutions.
Communicate architectural decisions clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive documentation: architecture diagrams, API catalogs, data flow mappings, and runbooks.
Establish coding standards, integration guidelines, and reusability frameworks.
8–12 years of experience in integration architecture and solution design.
Deep expertise in integration patterns including ETL/ELT, APIs, message queues, event streaming, pub/sub models.
Hands‑on experience with:
OIC, Kafka, Kong, Fivetran, Boomi, Workato (or equivalent platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, ADF).
Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one integration‑oriented language:
Python, Java, or Scala.
Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, and API management concepts.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and cloud-native integration services.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for integration service deployment.
Knowledge of DataOps practices and CI/CD automation.
Exposure to master data management (MDM) and enterprise data quality frameworks.
Understanding of data governance, lineage, and metadata management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Strong analytical and architectural thinking.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Opportunity to architect high-impact data integration solutions.
Exposure to global teams, modern technologies, and digital transformation programs.
Collaborative, people-centric culture.
Competitive salary, medical insurance, and retirement benefits.
Hybrid work model and flexible timings.
Continuous learning through internal and external training programs.
