Job summary

SHOBI Group in Pune seeks a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our BPO team. You will digitize, verify, and process enterprise data across banking, HR, and corporate workflows, maintaining 35–45 WPM with high accuracy.

Responsibilities include transferring documents into ERP/CRM, data validation, eliminating duplicates, organizing electronic files, and preparing daily performance logs for team leads and QA. Freshers and 0–2 years are welcome; in-house training provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, formatting) and MS Word required.
• Higher Secondary (10+2) or a Bachelor’s degree (freshers and 0–2 years in back-office BPO welcome).
• Strong numerical accuracy and high attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information.

Job Summary & Primary RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented, high-speed Data Entry Operator to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. In this role, you will digitize, verify, and process enterprise data across banking, HR, and corporate workflows. Aligned with the SHOBI Group ethos—Simplifying, Hastening, and Organizing business operations with Integrity you will input large volumes of client records into central databases while upholding ISO 9001:2015 quality frameworks and bank-grade data security protocols.Key Responsibilities & Operational StandardsDaily responsibilities include transferring physical and electronic documents into enterprise systems (ERP/CRM) while maintaining a baseline typing speed of 35–45 WPM with 95%+ accuracy. You will perform routine data validation to detect and correct discrepancies, clean duplicate entries, and eliminate process backlogs to ensure fast Turnaround Time (TAT). Additionally, you will organize electronic filing systems for rapid data retrieval and prepare daily performance logs for team leads and QA specialists.Qualifications & Core CompetenciesCandidates should hold a Higher Secondary (10+2) qualification or a Bachelor's degree (freshers and experienced applicants with 0–2 years in back-office BPO are welcome). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, formatting) and MS Word is required, alongside strong numerical accuracy and high attention to detail.
