Job summary

TVS Next Limited is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to design, build, and maintain a secure ASP.NET Core web application integrated with Azure cloud services and AI capabilities. You will own end-to-end development across web development, identity integration, data access, and cloud-based workflows in a scalable, secure enterprise environment.

You will develop with ASP.NET Core (.NET 8), Razor Pages and MVC, implement Entra ID authentication, work with EF Core and SQL Server, and leverage Azure

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in .NET technologies and web app security.
• Experience building enterprise-grade ASP.NET Core apps with Azure.
• Familiarity with authentication using Entra ID/Azure AD and EF Core.

• The role involves end to end ownership across web development, identity integration, data access, and cloud based workflows, with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, and maintainability in an enterprise environment.
• Develop and maintain a web application using ASP.NET Core (.NET 8) with Razor Pages and MVC Controllers + Views.
• Implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) with OpenID Connect and Microsoft.Identity.Web.
• Design and manage the data layer using Entity Framework Core with SQL Server.
• Build and integrate cloud-based workflows using Azure resources, including:
• Working Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Ajax
• Ensure production readiness through proper error handling, logging, secure configuration, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.

What We Seek In You

• 4–7 years of professional software development experience, primarily in .NET technologies.
• Experience delivering cloud-based, enterprise-grade applications with strong security and reliability requirements.
• Prior exposure to document processing, search-driven applications, or AI enabled workflows is a strong advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience building server-rendered web applications using Razor Pages and MVC.
• Proven experience integrating Entra ID authentication and authorization.
• Solid experience with EF Core and SQL Server.
• Practical experience working with Azure cloud services, including compute, integration, storage, and AI-related services.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of solution design and delivery.
