Job summary

Thoucentric is seeking a data analytics professional to manage end-to-end data pipelines and ensure data quality across sources. You will collaborate with data scientists and business teams to translate requirements into robust data solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in analytics, strong SQL, ETL experience, data modeling skills and familiarity with Git for version control. This is a hands-on role in our Bangalore office, collaborating across a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of analytics experience with metrics reporting and deep-dive analytics.
• Proficient in Advanced SQL (Window functions, CTES, subqueries, etc).
• Experience building end-to-end data pipelines and ETL frameworks/tools.

Job Description

Manage end-to-end data pipelines, ensuringseamless flow and integrity of data from diverse sources to analytical systems

Collaborate with data scientists, analysts,and business teams to understand data needs and develop

efficient solutions.

Implementrobust data governance practices to maintain data quality standards andfacilitate reliable

analysisand reporting

Conductthorough data validation procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability ofanalytical outputs

Monitordata systems and pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the continuousavailability of data

Ensure data quality, integrity, andconsistency across different data sources and storage systems

Optimize data flow and storage processes forperformance and scalability.

Requirements

Must Have...

At least 2-4 years of experience working inthe field of analytics, reporting out metrics and deep dive analytics.

Strong proficiency with Advanced SQL (WindowFunctions, DML Commands, DDL Commands, CTES, Sub Queries, etc)

Expertise in building end to end datapipelines and ETL frameworks & tools

Ability to write complex queries andunderstanding of database concepts.

Strong understanding of data modelling,schema design, and database optimization techniques

Knowledgeof version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.

Exceptionalcommunication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have...

Exposureto broader analytics ecosystem

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Engineering, or a related field.
