Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Data Eng, Mgmt & Governance Specialist in Bengaluru to lead data management and governance initiatives. You will leverage Data Engineering, SQL, and Celonis Process Mining to design data models, drive transformation scripts, and build KPIs across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR domains.

With 7–11 years of experience, you will collaborate with stakeholders, guide junior engineers, and stay abreast of Celonis and ETL tooling developments to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• BE/BTech degree in a relevant field.
• 7–11 years of experience in data engineering and governance.
• Proficient with SQL-based data extraction and modelling; experience with Celonis Process Mining.

Responsibilities

• Extraction, validation, and data transformation

What are we looking for?

• Data Engineering / SQL / Celonis Process Mining / Data Analytics / Data Mining
• Strong experience with ETL applications in relational databases; working knowledge of SQL / PQL
• Good written & verbal communication skills; ability to drive and articulate requirement gathering calls with stakeholders and clients
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in SQL-based data extraction and modelling
• Hands-on experience with Celonis components: Process Analytics, Event Collection, Action Engine, Automation
• Fair understanding of process mining concepts
• Ability to correlate business logic with KPIs in visual form
• Working knowledge of major ERPs such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and implement customer requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of one or more modern programming languages or BI Visualization tools (Celonis, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with Process Mining tools — Celonis, Signavio, QPR, Mavim, ARIS, etc
• Experience in Data Modeling
• ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, etc Roles and Responsibilities:
• Extraction, validation, and data transformation
• Create transformation scripts and build the data model
• Build KPIs to highlight use‑cases specific to processes and client requirements (Finance, Supply Chain, HR & Talent, Procurement, Sales Operations, etc.)
• Build analyses to visualize predefined KPIs/metrics as per the agreed process
• Lead client/stakeholder conversations during requirement gathering and technical query resolution
• Stay current with new product features and adapt to platform enhancements
• Provide guidance and training to junior Data Engineers and Dashboard Developers
• Document learnings and best practices from previous projects
