Job summary

DHL Freight India seeks a Manager- Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Process Mining Expert to lead analytics initiatives. You will model data, perform ETL, build dashboards, and present insights to business leaders.

Required: 5+ years in data analytics or process mining, strong SQL/PQL, experience with Celonis/ARIS/Signavio or Power BI/Tableau/Qlik, and excellent storytelling for stakeholders. On-site in Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience – most preferably as a Data Analyst / BI Expert / Data Scientist / Process Mining Expert.
• Experience in creating and updating dashboards in BI or Process Mining tools.
• Expert in SQL (knowledge of PQL is a plus).
• Experience in Requirements Gathering.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Celonis process mining tool to perform ETL tasks and to build analytics allowing to visualize processes executed by business.
• Collaboration with IT, Data and Business stakeholders.
• Identify process bottlenecks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis
• Conduct root cause analysis to understand the underlying issues affecting process performance
• Create and maintain process maps, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Title:

Manager- Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Process Mining Expert

Required skillset:

• Strong expertise in Data Analysis, SQL and/or PQL
• Expertise in Business Intelligence or Process Mining tools
• Expertise in Celonis / ARIS / Signavio Process Mining or Power BI / Tableau / Qlik or, including analysis and cleansing of the source systems data, establishing ETL and creation of Data Visualisations
• Ability to perform Data Storytelling, i.e. to provide narrative explaining the visualized data to Business stakeholders. Please format and allign the job description without changing any word or sentence
• Solid understanding of Statistics foundations (e.g. key distributions, corelation vs. coincidence, outlier, percentile)
• Experience in Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including facilitation of workshops (virtual and on-site)
• Proficiency in usage of Collaboration Tools (such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote) and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
