Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a seasoned Data Eng, Mgmt & Governance Associate Manager to lead data platform initiatives. You will design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS and Azure, build data ingestion frameworks, and mentor junior engineers in an Agile environment. BE/BTech with 10–14 years of experience is preferred.

The role focuses on data governance, enterprise analytics, and AI/ML-ready data platforms, with emphasis on scalable, cost-efficient solutions within a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech degree or equivalent.
• 10–14 years of experience in data engineering and governance.
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure data services.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and data platforms.
• Knowledge of data management, governance, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS and/or Azure.
• Develop batch and real-time data ingestion frameworks.
• Create reusable data transformation components for analytics platforms.
• Architect and manage data solutions using AWS/Azure services listed above.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to Agile/Scrum teams.
