Job summary

Graviton Research Capital in India is seeking a Data Center Facilities Lead to manage data center operations, coordinate with vendors, monitor installations, and ensure uptime across the facility. You will handle equipment procurement, inventory, after-hours support, and collaborate with local and remote teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain stable connectivity for trading systems.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of working experience in a Data Center environment (racking & stacking gear, cable management).
• Experience working for an exchange- NSE/BSE/MCX
• Deep understanding of data center installation and cabling standards
• Knowledge of data center ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling)
• Open to provide after-hours support as needed (must)
• Ability to work independently, with little direct management.
• An understanding of networking and systems concepts (circuits, IP routing, consoles, networking)
