Graviton Research Capital LLP is seeking a Data Centre Operations professional to manage facility needs, install and maintain infrastructure, and coordinate with vendors and remote teams to ensure stable data center operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with data center environments, cable management, and networking basics, with after-hours support as needed.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of working experience in a Data Center environment.
• Experience working for an exchange- NSE/BSE/MCX.
• Deep understanding of data center installation and cabling standards.
• Knowledge of data center ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling).
• Open to provide after-hours support as needed.

Role Overview:

• Managing Data Centre facility by interacting with different vendors
• Support the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and overall upkeep infrastructure and systems
• Liaising with third parties to maintain communication lines and data center infrastructure
• Monitor technical progress, track project deliverables, and provide regular status updates.
• Handle equipment procurement, returns, shipments, and overall inventory management.
• Coordinate with local and remote teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure stable connectivity and operations.

Key Skill Requirements:

• 2-5 years of working experience in a Data Center environment (racking & stacking gear, cable management)
• Experience working for an exchange- NSE/BSE/MCX
• Deep understanding of data center installation and cabling standards
• Knowledge of data center ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling)
• Open to provide after-hours support as needed (must)
• Ability to work independently, with little direct management.
• An understanding of networking and systems concepts (circuits, IP routing, consoles, networking)
