Job summary

Graviton Research Capital is seeking a Data Center Facilities Specialist to manage our critical infrastructure. You will coordinate with vendors, oversee installations and maintenance, and ensure stable connectivity for high‑availability trading operations.

You should have 2–5 years in a data center environment, knowledge of cooling, electrical, networking, cabling standards, and the ability to work with local and remote teams. Open to after‑hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center environment, with focus on racking, stacking gear and cable management.
• Ability to liaise with vendors and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support as needed.

Role Overview:

• Managing Data Centre facility by interacting with different vendors
• Support the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and overall upkeep infrastructure and systems
• Liaising with third parties to maintain communication lines and data center infrastructure
• Monitor technical progress, track project deliverables, and provide regular status updates.
• Handle equipment procurement, returns, shipments, and overall inventory management.
• Coordinate with local and remote teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure stable connectivity and operations.

Key Skill Requirements:

• 2-5 years of working experience in a Data Center environment (racking & stacking gear, cable management)
• Experience working for an exchange- NSE/BSE/MCX
• Deep understanding of data center installation and cabling standards
• Knowledge of data center ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling)
• Open to provide after-hours support as needed (must)
• Ability to work independently, with little direct management.
• An understanding of networking and systems concepts (circuits, IP routing, consoles, networking)
