Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned data modeling specialist for HR systems, focusing on roles, segregation of duties and data integration within large organizations.

You will map requirements to scalable HR data models, define RBAC strategies, and work with IAM tools such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID and repositories like LDAP/AD. Mumbai-based, on-site, with 5–10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR systems that define organization structures, roles and segregation of responsibilities.
• Identify and Access Management products like Okta, Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with Requirement gathering and documenting in a structured format.
• Translate data collected to a data model suitable for enterprise HR systems.
