Job summary

Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - APAC is seeking a data infrastructure specialist to design and manage data systems. You will translate stakeholder needs into technical blueprints, collaborate across business teams, and ensure scalable, secure data designs.

The role requires 6+ years in data infrastructure, strong SQL/Oracle skills, Python scripting, and familiarity with cloud platforms and ETL/data quality tools.

Qualifications

• 6 yrs+ experience in designing and managing data infrastructure
• 6 yrs+ experience in writing SQL queries and Oracle database
• 2 yrs+ experience in Python scripting
• Exposure to AWS, Azure/Google Cloud Platform
• Expertise in ETL and data quality tools

Responsibilities

• Getting requirement from stakeholders and translate to technical blueprints using modelling tools
• Collaborate with multiple business teams to understand the overall picture and incremental changes
• Ensure data design supports data security, efficient storage and integration across systems
• Define how data is sourced and accessed to ensure scalable and compliant systems
• Identify and resolve data quality issues (uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, completeness) in a cost-effective and timely fashion
• Evaluate existing systems and migrate data to new efficient systems
• Highlight risks/concerns to immediate supervisor as needed

Job description

• Getting requirement from the stakeholders and be able to translate to technical blue prints using modelling tools.
• Collaborate with the multiple business teams to understand the overall picture and incremental changes.
• Ensuring the data design to handle Data Security, efficient storage and integration across other systems
• Define how data is sourced, accessed ensuring systems are scalable and compliant.
• Identifying and manage the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in a cost-effective and timely fashion.
• Evaluating existing systems and migrating the data to new efficient systems
• Highlight / escape risks / concerns w.r.t to the tasks assigned as needed to the immediate supervisor

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

BE/B Tech/MSc/MCA – with Specialization in Computer Science/Information Systems.

• ~ 6 yrs. of experience in design, create and managing Data infrastructure using Modelling tools like Erwin
• ~ 6 yrs. of experience in writing SQL Queries, Oracle database.
• ~ 2 yrs. of experience in Python scripting.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure/Google cloud platform
• Expertise in ETL tool and data quality tools
• Strong Communication skills with excellent track of working in and with teams
• Self-starter and Experience in prioritizing and managing a complex and changing workload.
• Interpersonal and relationship management experience with strong organizational skills.
• Capacity to gain a thorough knowledge of the relevant Business area.
