Job summary

Albemarle Bengaluru seeks a Data Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise data and analytics solutions. You will build scalable Azure-based platforms, integrate enterprise applications, and enable comprehensive business reporting across functions.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture, Platform Engineering
• 5+ years of experience with Azure cloud data technologies
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale integration projects
• Strong experience working with multiple business functions including HR, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams
• Experience managing solution lifecycle from requirements gathering through production support
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Job Description The Data Architect will lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise data and analytics solutions across functions. This role is responsible for developing scalable Azure-based data platforms, integrating enterprise applications, enabling business reporting, and driving data modernization initiatives. The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with solution architecture leadership and partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver trusted, scalable, and business-critical analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Engineering: SQL, Python, ETL development, Data Warehousing
• Preferred: Experience with Enterprise Applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Adaptive Planning
