Job summary

Biz-Tech Analytics in Delhi is seeking a Data Annotation Team Lead to manage both regular and specialised annotation projects. You will oversee a team of annotators, enforce quality standards, and ensure timely delivery in a hands-on role.

Key duties include mentoring staff on image, video, text, and LiDAR annotation, conducting QC checks, training on tools and processes, and coordinating with project managers to meet client requirements in-person at our Delhi office.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in data annotation (image, video, text, audio, or specialised domains like coding, medical, etc.).
• Prior experience in leading or managing teams
• Strong understanding of annotation tools
• Proven track record of maintaining quality standards and conducting QC checks
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work from our Delhi office (in-person role)
• Exposure in LiDAR Data Annotation

Responsibilities
