NIIT Foundation is seeking an AI Data Analytics Trainer to deliver data analytics training in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting classroom and online sessions on Excel, SQL basics, Power BI, and Python where applicable, while following the prescribed curriculum to ensure timely module completion.

You will assess students through assignments and mock tests, facilitate hands-on learning with real-world projects, and mentor learners for career guidance and interview readiness.

Formación

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Data Analytics, CS, IT, Statistics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Dashboards).
• Power BI or Tableau proficiency.
• Basic Python knowledge preferred.
• Solid understanding of data analysis concepts and visualization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and manage the classroom effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Training Delivery: Conduct classroom and online sessions on Data Analytics modules using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and basic Python.
• Curriculum Implementation: Deliver training per prescribed curriculum and industry standards.
• Student Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and mock tests to track progress.
• Hands-on Learning: Facilitate practical sessions, case studies, and real-world projects.
• Student Mentorship & Support: Provide guidance and interview preparation assistance.
• Attendance & Batch Management: Monitor attendance and maintain batch performance records.
• Placement Readiness: Prepare students for placements with resume building and mock interviews.
• Coordination & Reporting: Maintain training records and MIS reports in coordination with centre managers.

Job Description

Position: AI Data Analytics Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct classroom and/or online sessions on Data Analytics modules, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, and basic Python (if applicable).
• Curriculum Implementation: Deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum, ensuring timely completion of modules and alignment with industry standards.
• Student Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and mock tests to evaluate student progress and learning outcomes.
• Hands-on Learning: Facilitate practical sessions, case studies, and real-world projects to enhance applied learning.
• Student Mentorship & Support: Provide individual support to students for doubt resolution, career guidance, and interview preparation.
• Attendance & Batch Management: Monitor student attendance, ensure discipline, and maintain batch performance records.
• Placement Readiness: Prepare students for placements through resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills integration.
• Coordination & Reporting: Maintain training records, submit MIS reports, and coordinate with centre managers and placement teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field
• Strong knowledge of:
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Dashboards)
• Power BI / Tableau
• Basic Python (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good understanding of data analysis concepts and visualization
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and manage the classroom effectively
