Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking an IT Trainer to deliver structured IT training programs, manage the IT lab, and maintain attendance and records. The role involves conducting interactive sessions with students and preparing detailed reports to support MIS and project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have an IT or Computer Science background, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and a student-focused mindset to facilitate learning and documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver IT training sessions per curriculum.
• Conduct interactive learning sessions with students.
• Ensure attendance, engagement, and tracking of participation.
• Manage daily operations of the IT lab.
• Maintain reports and MIS data and update records.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and collect testimonials.
• Conduct student assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Facilitate parent sessions as per project schedule.

Roles& Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver IT training sessions as per theprescribed curriculum

• Maintain attendance records, training logs, andassessment results
• Submit timely reports to the Center Head
