Job summary

NIIT Foundation seeks an IT Trainer to deliver computer training programs at its education centers in India. The role requires at least 1 year of IT training or facilitation experience and a strong command of MS Office and IT basics.

You will conduct interactive lessons, monitor attendance and progress, manage the IT lab operations, and prepare reports for Center Head.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT training or facilitation
• Strong command over MS Office and IT basics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver IT training sessions as per the prescribed curriculum
• Conduct interactive learning sessions with students (children) per schedule and methodology
• Ensure student attendance, engagement, and regular tracking of participation
• Manage daily operations of the IT lab
• Regularly update attendance records, assessments, and reports
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and document feedback, testimonials, and case studies
• Conduct student assessments to evaluate learning outcomes
• Facilitate parent sessions as per project schedule
