Job summary

Roche in India is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to support our Patient Experience workstream. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights to inform patient access strategies.

You will develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards using Excel and Python, write efficient SQL queries, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytics that improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling).
• SQL (data extraction, transformation, and querying).
• Python (data manipulation using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Preferred: pharma datasets experience, patient analytics knowledge, healthcare data standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to support our Patient Experience (Px) workstream. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data analysis and preferably solid understanding of pharma datasets and patient analytics. This role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights to support business decisions and improve patient access strategies.
