Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to own the delivery of analytics engagements across 1-2 workstreams and to mentor a team of managers and associates. You will stay hands-on with data architecture and BI reporting, including Tableau, while championing enterprise AI initiatives and strategy.

The role requires strong SQL skills and the ability to govern complex implementations, with a focus on governance, performance standards, and client leadership across environments.

Roles Responsibilities;

• Own the delivery of Data Analytics engagements across 1-2 workstreams
• Lead, mentor,and grow a team of Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates - driving performance, capability building, and culture
• Maintain hands-on involvement in Data architecture, BI Reporting (tableau), and AgenticAI solution design
• Define and evolve the practice's AI strategy champion adoption of enterprise-gradeagentic solutions
• Track and translate technology trends - particularly in Agentic AI, into actionablepractice roadmap items;
• Skill Set; Strong SQL expertise with ability to review, govern and guide complex implementations
• Experience in BI Reporting / Tableau, including enterprise-level governance, performancestandards and rollout
• Strategic exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI initiatives and enterprise AI use cases
• Strong client leadership and stakeholder management skills across complex environments
