Job summary

Busy Infotech is seeking a results-driven analytics professional to transform data into actionable strategies for sales, retention, and product usage. You will work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to uncover patterns that drive revenue growth and improve customer lifecycle outcomes.

Applicants should have a strong background in SaaS analytics, experience with SQL, Python, and Excel, and the ability to communicate complex findings concisely.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in engineering, commerce, economics, statistics, business, or related disciplines, or equivalent practical analytics experience.
• 5+ years of analytics experience in SaaS or platform businesses.
• Experience in SaaS/Platform, Fintech, EdTech, Telecom, or subscription-led firms.
• Experience working with sales, operations, or customer-facing teams is desirable.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-structuring abilities.
• Ability to frame hypotheses and validate with data.

Responsibilities

• Identify and structure high-impact business problems across sales, renewals, customer adoption, and product performance.
• Engage with sales teams, partners, customers, and new markets to understand on-ground execution gaps.
• Analyse sales, usage, and operational data to identify patterns, correlations, and drivers.
• Perform funnel, cohort, and root-cause analyses across conversions, churn, upsell, cross-sell, and scale-up.
• Build early-warning indicators and leading metrics to flag revenue and retention risks.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive cross-functional execution.

The role involves solving business problems by combining data analysis with on-ground business understanding to drive improvements in sales performance, customer lifecycle outcomes, partner productivity, and product usage through actionable, data-backed insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and structure high-impact business problems across sales, renewals, customer adoption, and product performance

• Engage with sales teams, partners, customers, and new markets to understand on-ground execution and behavioural gaps

• Analyse sales, usage, and operational data to identify key patterns, correlations, and performance drivers

• Perform funnel, cohort, and root-cause analysis across conversions, churn, upsell, cross-sell, and new product scale-up

• Build early-warning indicators and leading metrics to flag revenue and retention risks proactively

• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and work cross-functionally to drive execution outcomes

Qualification

Graduate or Post-Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related disciplines, or equivalent practical experience in business analytics or problem-solving roles within SaaS or platform businesses.

Relevant Experience

5+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, product analytics, revenue analytics, or decision-support roles within:

• SaaS / Platform businesses (preferred)

• Fintech, EdTech, Telecom, or subscription-led companies

Experience working closely with sales, operations, or customer-facing teams is highly desirable.

Skill Sets

• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-structuring ability

• Ability to frame hypotheses and validate them using data

• Solid understanding of SaaS business metrics including sales funnels, customer lifecycle, and subscription/renewal economics

• Hands-on capability with Excel, SQL, and/or Python

• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills

• Comfortable working in ambiguous, cross-functional, and execution-oriented environments
