Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India seeks a lead analytics professional to manage customer-facing reports and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools on Benchmark data. Qualifications

Lead and coordinate analytics projects
Work with team members and stakeholders to deliver customer-facing reports and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools on Benchmark application data
Work with Customer Services and stakeholders to understand requirements, finalize efforts, and provide inputs for proposal creation
Collaborate with Application Development and technical teams to define, validate, and optimize data models and data sources
Oversee ongoing maintenance of reports and dashboards
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and performance, with timely resolution of data-related concerns
Manage multiple analytics projects and priorities
Coordinate team resources to ensure timely delivery
Provide technical guidance and mentoring on SQL, data analysis, data visualization, Power BI, and data transformation
Identify opportunities to improve analytics and reporting processes through automation, optimization, and improved data practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science, with coursework in database management and computer-related training
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, or a related field
• Ability to clearly understand and articulate complex data analytics problems and independently drive effective solutions
• Strong experience writing complex SQL queries and working with large and complex datasets
• Experience with Python is an added advantage
• Extensive background in data mining, statistical analysis, and deriving meaningful insights from data
• Advanced skills in Power BI
• Experience with Tableau is optional but an added advantage
• Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to customers, stakeholders, and senior management
