Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled incentives professional to manage monthly and quarterly incentive calculations and to build AI-assisted dashboards for our Global Servicing teams. You will design automated reporting in Excel and BI platforms, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance.

You will collaborate with Incentive Design & Governance and Operations Performance teams to refine incentive programs and deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions that drive productivity and insight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compensation processes and large-scale business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Excel automation, complex formulas, charts and pivots.
• Experience with Generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Copilot).
• Strong SQL skills for querying enterprise datasets.
• Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development.

Job description

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly incentive calculations for Global Servicing colleagues
• Calculate monthly incentives according to defined policy guidelines
• Run incentive calculation models and perform due diligence on portfolio payments
• Conceptualize, design, and develop dashboards using Excel automation, equations, charts, and pivots
• Ensure adherence to controls, compliance, and related policies
• Coordinate system and user acceptance testing with quality assurance managers
• Validate and support the Team Lead in ensuring team adherence to guidelines
• Convert business language into logical workflows
• Support internal and external incentive-based audits
• Partner with Incentive Design & Governance, Operational Performance Management, Incentive Plus, and other teams to improve incentive programs
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Python, SQL, Generative AI, and workflow automation tools
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions using LLMs for reporting, documentation, knowledge management, and process optimization
• Develop intelligent dashboards integrating business data with AI-generated insights
• Identify high-impact AI use cases with stakeholders and implement scalable solutions
• Create prompts, AI agents, and copilots to improve operational productivity
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business priorities

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in compensation processes, business rules, and large-scale complex business processes
• Proven ability to align data needs with business strategies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excel automation, multilayered Excel equations, charts, and pivots
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail in a high-output, fast-paced environment
• Experience using reporting tools to create, generate, and maintain simple and complex reports
• Experience with Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent enterprise AI platforms
• Working knowledge of Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation, AI Agents, and AI-assisted workflows
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating enterprise datasets
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development
• Experience with APIs and automation frameworks is desirable
