Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the compensation process and business rules (ramifications of exceptions).

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly incentive calculation for Global servicing colleagues.
• Run incentive calculation model and perform high quality due diligence on payments.
• Design & Develop Dashboards via Excel Automation, multi-layer Excel equations, Charts, Pivots etc.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual operational processes using Python, SQL, Generative AI and workflow automation tools.
• Design and develop AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for reporting, documentation, knowledge management, and business process optimization.
• Develop intelligent dashboards integrating business data with AI-generated insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases and implement scalable solutions.
• Create prompts, AI agents, and copilots to improve operational productivity.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, data privacy, and governance while implementing GenAI solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence of control and compliance and related policies.
• Work with quality assurance managers to coordinate system and user acceptance testing activity.
• Individual must be able to operate independently and must have a go getter attitude.
• Individual would be responsible for validating / supporting Team Lead in ensuring adherence to guidelines across team.
• Ability to implement logical mindset by converting Business language to logical workflow.
• Support all internal & external incentive-based audits for the markets under scope.
• Partner with multiple teams including, but not restricted to, Incentive Design & Governance, Operational Performance Management, Incentive Plus Teams to identify and implement opportunities that further enhance the effectiveness Incentive programs, ensuring alignment with evolving business strategic priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is mandatory.

Key Skills

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.
• Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating enterprise datasets.
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development.
• Experience with APIs and automation frameworks is desirable
• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills in English.
• Excel Automation, Multi layered Excel equations, Charts, Pivots etc.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strength in accuracy & attention to detail in a high output & speed environment.
