We are seeking a Data Analyst who can turn numbers into narratives. You’ll play a pivotal role in analysing event engagement, audience behaviour, and sponsorship performance to support strategic initiatives across our programmes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Flexi Pitches, you will:

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets related to events, participants, and engagement metrics.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations using Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights effectively.
• Track event performance across multiple programmes, identifying trends in participation, sponsorships, and audience interaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, marketing, and strategy, to define and measure success metrics.
• Generate actionable insights that improve targeting, event outcomes, and overall business strategy.
• Present reports and recommendations to leadership teams, highlighting growth opportunities and operational improvements.

Requirements and Skills

Must‑Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
