Pricing Analyst / Data Analyst

• Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Generate regular reports on Pricing KPIs (Delta Price, Margin, revenue, win rates, costs etc.). Develop expertise in business meaning of data and support management with insights and recommendations.
  • Build pricing models to guide price forecasting, assessing timing and extent of Price increases and explain the realization of net price from Catalogue price.
  • Develop Tableau / Power BI dashboards based on state-of-the-art UX and advanced analytical techniques.

• Pricing Strategy & Transformations

  • Support commercial policy & pricing transformation projects on the analytical front – Work with countries to analyse data, build simulations and provide recommendations.
  • Support Pricing strategy projects, including data consolidation, actionable insights generation and advising them on pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their needs, design data-serving dashboards, and develop strategies that are powered by data.

• Next generation pricing

  • Enable AI pricing through expertise in data acquisition, data quality assurance, data visualization and connecting data with insights.
  • Assimilate competitor pricing from public sources, analysis and benchmarking.
  • Analyse pricing trends to build and manage Inter‑Zone pricing corridor.

• Pricing Governance & Compliance

  • Build data driven dashboards to monitor adherence to pricing policies and frameworks.
  • Oversight of key KPIs of Pricing and Quotation tools / systems.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements, as and when required.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Countries, BUs, Finance, Marketing, Global and Digital teams.
  • Support delivery of training programs.
  • Work with Global Services and Zone / country team on Services pricing analytics.

• Qualifications

  • BTech / CA / Masters degree (MBA, Economics, Analytics).
  • Minimum 7+ years of hands‑on experience with data, analytics and BI in at least 2 out of following domains – sales/marketing/pricing/finance/supply chain/web/e‑comm.
  • Hands‑on experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik View, Power BI).
  • Very good data visualization skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL including query optimization.
