Media Tech Temple in Bharatpur, Rajasthan is seeking a Data Analyst & MIS Executive to manage data, generate insightful reports, and provide meaningful insights using Excel and Power BI.

You will prepare MIS reports, analyze data trends, create dashboards, and ensure data integrity while supporting multiple teams with automation where possible.

Job Description

Media Tech Temple is looking for a Data Analyst & MIS Executive who can manage data, generate reports, and provide meaningful insights using Excel and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze business data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and accuracy checks.
• Generate performance reports for management and clients.
• Work with different teams to collect and organize data.
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity.
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF Functions, Data Validation, etc.).
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of data management and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream (BCA, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
• Freshers with strong Excel and Power BI knowledge can apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Understanding of KPI, Dashboard, and Business Reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
