Job summary

Emarlex Multiventure in Chennai is seeking a versatile software engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build low-code applications using the Decisions No Code Environment, and deliver robust back-end and front-end solutions.

You will work across DEV, UAT, and Production in a low-code setting, with exposure to analytics-oriented projects in the financial services domain. The role emphasizes leadership and continuous modernization of low-code solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Expertise in Decisions No Code Development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or equivalent as per role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Version control.
• Experience with Back End (Flask, Django, FastAPI), Front End (HTML, CSS, JS), and databases (MySQL, MSSQL).
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning & AI and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Update rules and procedures to optimize results and manage day-to-day activities with the team.
• Support various special project assignments.

Key Responsibility Area:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and develop software applications using {Decisions No-Code Environment}.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. {Decisions No-Code Environment}.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Works closely with the Client(s) onscorecards, advisory and modeling.
• Create and manage low-code applications, also skilled in modernizing existing low-code projects
• Provide leadership to the Development team and assist the leadership to deliver results, business goals and commitments.
• Experience with multiple work scenarios, including DEV, UAT, and Production, in the context of Low-Code app creation.
• Financial Services/ Consumer banking business(preferred) - with extensive analytics orientation.
• Work on processes to continuously update rules/procedures to optimize results & manage day-to-day activities with the team.
• Support various special project assignments.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Expertise in “Decisions No Code Developmentâ€.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript or depending on the specific requirements of the role.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Version control.
• Proven track record with Back End(Flask, Django, Fast API), Front End(HTML, CSS, JS), database languages (e.g.,MySql, MSSQL)
• Skilled in CI/CD practices.
• Good to have conceptual or working knowledge of Machine Learning & AI, cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
