Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs in Gurgaon is seeking a Data Analyst II to transform raw data into strategic insights. You will build dashboards, define KPIs, and collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes advanced SQL, Python for analysis, and Tableau-based dashboards, with a focus on speed and accuracy in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

Responsabilités

• Turn raw data into clear, decision-ready insights through analysis, dashboards, and reports.
• Define and track KPIs with stakeholders, and flag early when the numbers move and why.
• Write Advanced SQL and build trusted, reusable datasets and metrics definitions.
• Partner with product, business, and engineering teams to understand questions and shape the right analysis.
• Automate recurring reporting so teams can self-serve answers.
• Use AI tools to speed up analysis and surface insights faster.
• Hands-on expertise in advanced SQL, Tableau dashboards, and Python for analysis.
• Hands-on expertise in A/B testing fundamentals.
• Hands-on expertise in structured problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

What exactly is the objective of this role?

We're looking for a Data Analyst - II to join Data Team. This role suits someone with around 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.

What will be my Key Responsibilities?

What will be nice to have?

• Experience with dbt or modern analytics-engineering workflows.
• Exposure to machine learning or statistical modelling.
• Domain experience in telecom, e-commerce, or fintech.
