What You'll Do:

• Collect, validate, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Create dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful data analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities through detailed data analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Conduct business performance analysis and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives through quantitative analysis and impact assessment.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to business and leadership teams.

• Strong hands-on experience in Data Analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Ability to perform data validation, trend analysis, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, scorecards, and operational dashboards.
• Knowledge of KPI development, business metrics, and performance measurement techniques.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into analytical frameworks and reporting solutions.

• Data Modeling and Reporting, including data structures, data quality management, reporting frameworks, dashboard design, and performance measurement methodologies.
• Consulting and Strategic Decision-Making, including root cause analysis, impact assessments, opportunity identification, and business recommendations based on data insights.
• Data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.
• Statistical analysis techniques and data interpretation methodologies.
• Database concepts, relational databases, and query optimization.
• Agile methodologies and collaborative project execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
